It aims to act in emergency situations in a real context in accordance with the requirements of the Basic Training Module (GWO).

-Make an initial and adequate assessment of the fire

-Evacuation of a wind turbine in a safe way

-Extinguishing an initial fire efficiently from wind turbine intervention equipment in accordance with the requirements of the Basic Training Module in GWO Basic Safety Training (Fire Awareness).

 

It is a theoretical / practical course of 4h, with the following content:

-Legislation

-Phenomenology of the combustion and propagation of fire

-Extinction Mechanisms

-Fire Prevention

-Equipment for fire extinguishing in a wind turbine

-Practical exercises in a real context, in a controlled space and environment
